It's a great time to sell because homes are selling at very good prices, interest rates are low and homes did not lose half their prior values.
Waiting too long to sell will get you less money, delay the sale or cause it not to be sold.
         You Should List Your Home With Me For The Following Advantages:
​A)    I have sold more homes with my non-franchised company, in a shorter time span, than when for three years, I was with a LARGE, well known franchised real estate company.    
B)    As a non-franchised company, I am not bound by corporate restrictions that the larger franchised companies, have on their agents/brokers, in reference to advertising your properties.
  C)   In selling your home, I would advertise your properties on the Multiple Listing Service(as the larger franchised companies do).

 Here's information sellers should know when choosing a realtor:
1) A buyer would be buying a home because they like it, NOT because of the agent or real estate company that the seller listed it with to sell it
2) It is not a BIG company name that sells your home, it is the AGENT.
3) Sellers should focus on the QUALITY of the agent, rather than the QUANTITY of homes that agent or their COMPANY has publicized as being sold.
While you were "playing realtor", the market will change and you will lose thousands of dollars, as well as priceless time with your family.
  I understand you see others trying to sell their homes but 99.9 percent of (FSBO's) end up listing with a realtor(if you don't believe me, look at any FSBO in a few days/weeks/months and you will see  a real estate company's sign on their front lawn.
  If everyone or most people could sell a property themselves, you wouldn't see any real estate companies nor realtors in business anymore.
  If you were lucky enough to sell it yourself, you would rarely get more than or equal to, what I would have gotten you, regardless of the commission that would have been paid.
    As a FSBO you will gamble and spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to learn the job of a realtor and in advertising.  That money you were trying to save from paying a realtor in the first place, will have been wasted and could have gone towards paying the realtor's commission, having saved you time and money.
   Why lose money when you can hire me, who already knows how to sell homes more efficiently, quicker and usually for a better price than you could ever get.
    Don't get caught up trying to "play realtor", selling a home is hard work  and there's no substitute for experience !
