STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES REGARDING HOME BUYERS
ADOPTED APRIL 19, 2022 BY SELL & GO REALTY INC. MICHAEL MANDEL LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER/OWNER
“Each real estate broker shall institute standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving any services.
Such standardized operating procedures shall include but not be limited to the following:
(i)whether prospective clients shall show identification;
Sell & Go Realty Inc: NO CLIENTS NEED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION TO THIS BROKER OR HIS AGENT (S) , UNLESS THE SELLER SPECIFICALLY ASKS US TO VERIFY PEOPLE’S IDENTITY BEFORE ANYONE VIEWS THEIR PROPERTY.
(ii) whether an exclusive broker agreement is required;
Sell & Go Realty Inc: NO EXCLUSIVE BROKER’S AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY BUYER.
whether pre-approval for a mortgage loan is required”.
Sell & Go Realty Inc: A PRE-QUALIFICATION OR PRE-APPROVAL FOR A MORTGAGE LOAN IS REQUIRED BEFORE MYSELF or MY AGENTS SHOW ANY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. The prospective buyer can get the pre-qualification or pre-approval from any bank, mortgage company or financial institution. Having this will save all buyers, agents and homeowners allot of time. It is best that you know what you can afford rather than what you think you can afford.
